The cold streets of Skid Row

It is the selfish and heartless disregard for a fellow human being that is most disturbing. Though I am unaware of the circumstances, I was hurt to see this man reduced to sleeping on the cold hard pavement with only a thin sweatshirt, a few hundred feet from a bustling restaurant.
